Harper County Herald is published weekly. We distribute 2,000 copies every Monday to retailers for sale and by subscription and home delivery.
Inside Harper County, Kansas, subscriptions are $40.00 per year. If you live in our delivery area, your paper will be delivered on Monday to your home or business. If you do not, we will mail your subscription on Monday by first class mail. Outside Harper County, subscriptions are $60.00 per year and will be mailed on Mondays by first class mail. Q: Can I send you a press release or an article idea?
A: Please do. We prefer you send us email at harpercountyherald@gmail.com, but you may also mail us at: 206 N. Jennings, Anthony, KS 67003, or call us at 620-842-8887.
Q: Do you charge to print press releases or to write a story on my event?
A: No. We believe that if you have news to share, it’s our job to report it. You don’t have to buy an ad, or buy a subscription. Just let us know in time for our deadline and we’ll do our best to be there to report the news.
Q: When is your deadline?
A: Fridays at 5pm.
Q: What if I want to buy advertising?
A: We’ll gladly sell you advertising! View and print our rate sheet here. If you need an ad designed for you, that is included in the price of the ad.
Q: Can I write for your paper?
A: We love submissions! Please email us for specific details!
